Collapsible PP honeycomb plastic sleeve packs container pallet box also named collapsible sleeve packs, pallet packs, gaylord box, pallet box, honeycomb coaming box, foldable logistics box, plastic turnover box or bulk storage container. The collapsible pallet sleeve packs box is made up of a pallet base, a top lid, as well as a foldable sleeve. The pallet and top lid are normally manufactured from high-density polyethylene plastic. And the sleeve is made of high strength, high payload Triple Wall polypropylene structural material also referred to as "honeycomb".  

Reusable polypropylene honeycomb sleeve packs plastic pallet boxes are made from corrugated plastic sleeves that sit inside a vacuum-thermoformed pallet. The sleeves collapse for lower return shipping costs and save on storage space. Tops for sleeve packs come in two options. Pallet sleeve pack box is a versatile 'sleeve pack' system consisted of 3 parts: Lid, Sleeve and Pallet, designed to store and transport more products in less space. Pallet sleeve box can be completely collapsed when empty for efficient reverse logistics.

The twin-sheet thermoformed Lid and Pallet deliver high strength and load carrying capacity without increasing the weight of the packaging. The reasonable designed walls and ribs provide larger internal dimensions and carrying capacity. Lid and Pallet are designed with nine feet base for anti-skid stable stacking and compatibility with all standard forklifts for easy handling.

And its lightweight structure provides for secure handling and excellent worker safety. The pallet bottom and top are made from durable, twin sheet, high-density polyethylene, and the sleeve is made from heavy-duty, triple-wall, plastic sheets. Blow molding bottom pallets and lids, increase friction, can hold the cargo, non-slip stickers on the bottom to prevent slipping during transportation.

Keep the cargo tight, so that the cargo is not prone to moisture and damage. Covered crate boxes can be stacked to save a lot of space.
