1. Our company offers 15 Months warranty service for the main unit, and 3 months warranty for the accessories, package and the scratches of the main unit excluded.
2 After confirmed by our engineers that the product may has problems, customers pay for the shipping cost to send it to us, our engineers will final check the products and repair it if the problem is true, and we will pay for the shipping cost to send the repaired units back to you. But if our engineers find the products doesn't have any problem and work good, then customers pay shipping cost to get them back.
