Adding approximately 1% nickel content to 2738 results in good pre hardness. Due to the addition of nickel element, its hardenability is improved, and the hardness distribution of large cross-section thick plates is uniform. Mainly used in large plastic molds, mold bases, such as car bumpers, TV casing molds, etc. Suitable for molds that require high smoothness, such as producing hard rubber (PS) and ultra non quenched rubber (ABS). Features: excellent machining performance, easy cutting, polishing, and electrical corrosion.
