Uses:
The machine applies to slit cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC and computer security labels, electronic computers, optical materials, film roll, aluminum foil roll, and craft paper, copy paper, adhesive paper, fabric, laminated, coated materials etc. All kinds film and paper printing of various materials, etc.
Performance:
1)This machine's electrical parts driving is controlled by PLC, according to slitting requirement, entering the parameters by touch screen, LCD screen shows the working data, the controlling system is good in starting and stopping stable, length meter and so on, easily operating.
2)Full auto tension control system in winding, keep the tension same all the time, or according to requirement to apply taper control.
3)The winding and rewind unit apply non-roller pneumatic loading or (Optional:hydraulic Lift ).
4)Main traction and wind &rewind controlled by the 2 pcs vector inverter. Rewinding tension controlled by PLC to change the parameter or rewind dia., digital type taper controlled automatically. 5,Rewind roller can divide into slip tension air shaft and slip friction control automatically, suitable for different thickness materials to slit in one time.
