The Round Vacuum Oven is dedicated to the Li-ion battery electrode drying process for producing. The vacuum oven working chamber is equipped with cylindrical cantilever, can hang the whole roll electrode, with maximum bearing weight up to 380 kg.
The 4 Round vacuum oven is equipped with four drums, you can also choose single drum, two drum according the battery production line output.Each machine can work in a continuous cycle; basic process: open the oven door, put the electrode or battery into the oven, and then set the heating time, vacuum time, and nitrogen time. The system will automatically complete heating and regular ventilation according to the set time parameters to complete the baking process.
