Features:
1.The CNC system is GSK980TDC, With both horizontal and vertical structure. With 8.4-inch color LCD, can control   five feed axises  (including Cs axis), 2 analog spindle, the minimum order unit of 0.1μm.  PLC ladder drawing showing, monitor, New function of soft keys, graphical interface design, the dialog box type operation, friendly man-machine interfaceVersion in Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese are available

System program with 40M, 384 program , editing function: index, modify, and delete
Program form: ISO CODE, support editing working including
Macro programming statements type, support the relative coordinates, the absolute coordinate and hybrid coordinate programming;
Systems support RS232 interface: parts program, two-way transmission parameters such as files, support for PLC program, the system software upgrade serial and USB interface: U disk file operations, U disk file processing, directly support the PLC program, USB system software upgrade.
2.Xaxis and Z axis are controlled by the  semi-closed loop. It is drived by the servo motor to drive the precision ball leadscrew to achieve fast shifting   and rapid feeding. Ball screw is C3 degree with high precision.
3.All electric part all passed CE approve.
4.The machine with 4 position tool post which brand is very famous  in China, high positioning accuracy, high strength, good shock resistance.
5.Before machine leaving factory, every machine will be tested by by laser interferometer  for  positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy of X AXIS and Z AXIS to ensure machine's precision.
6.Machine adopts Centralized lubrication  of  famous brand "HERG"from Japan.
7.Headstock lubrication adopts Taiwan Po Teng cycloid pump forced circulation lubrication
8.The bed adopts Resin sand molding, high-quality cast iron casting, width of bed  312mm,  guide way fired depth is up to 3mm, improving wear
resistance and stability
9.Spindle structure using front and rear ends of the typical structure of two points of support, with high rigidity.
10.Main drive for the second gear stepless frequency control, speed range of 21 ~ 1600r / min
11.The design of headstock fully consider the cooling measures and shock absorption mechanism, making headstock with low noise, high precision transmission characteristics.
12.Machine with electrical overload protection devices, mechanical overload protection devices and control of the spindle rotation of the emergency stop device
13.Machine with standard 200mm manual 3-jaw chuck from Hohhot Optional is hydraulic chuck.

What about the spare part if the machine break down? 
==about the machine break down, normally our policy will be as the under way
   1) Our quality guarantee time is 12 months since the machine on board 
   2) During this period, if the machine break down owing our machine itself quality problem,  we will prepare the spare parts and send to you by free within 5 days. all these will be by free. 
  3) If the break down is caused by the mis operation,  we of course will supply you the spare parts, but we have to charge you the costs prices.
