Steel Tube Body
20# steel tube, 2.25" with thickness of 3.5mm, 2.5" with thickness of 4.5mm. T7075 aluminum tube is also available
Piston Rod
Piston rod 22mm, is made of 35 CrMo steel, with thermal refining and high frequent quench treatment to make sure greatest flexibility and wear resistance. Chrome coating and precision fitting with oilless bearing are to avoid wear of oil seal and any leakage.
Piston
Piston is made of T7075 aluminum, coated with PTFE to reduce wear to cylinder inwall and also to have good compensation effect.
Oil Seal
Double-layer oil seal for mono shock is designed by NOK from Japan. O-ring is also from Japan designed with great performance of wearing & temperature resistance.
Racing Oil
The special red oil is from FUCHS Germany, it could keep its dynamic viscosity characteristic between -50ºC and 160ºC. The damping force is always constant whenever it is in summer or winter.
Oil Hose
Oil hose outside uses double-layer rubber to protect inner tube and avoid more damage by sand and stone when driving. It inner side is heat resistant to avoid aging at 100 degree.
Reservoir
Reservoir is made of T7075 aluminum with light weight, good intensity and heat dissipation. Gas-filled cover is using double-layer oil seal to avoid any leakage. The rotational oil hose connector is easy for installation and adjustment.

Internal bypass
The compression adjustment valve is piston structure. It makes damping change at different speeds by a parabolic curve. That means soft and smooth at small vibration and no bottom impact when suddenly bumped to protect whole suspension without breakdown.
Warranty:
18 months from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
Test Data:
-High and low temperature test: Based on 20ºC damping force, -50ºC - 120ºC damping force change is less than 16%.
-Durability test: 6 million times test, no oil leakage, damping force change is less than 19%
-Broken strength is over 150KN

Different products have different MOQ. We accept small quantity for those we have stock. And we accept sample orders for you to test our products.

For sample order, 100% advance payment is needed.
For bulk orders, 30% deposit is need before production or preparation. Balance shall be paid before shipment. We accept payment by T/T, LC, Paypal, West Union, Credit Card, etc.

For sample order, our delivery time normally is 3-7 days.
For bulk order, our delivery time normally is 15-40 days.
8, What is your Warranty and its procedure?
