1. Overview
Intelligent pressure controller is a pressure measurement and control product integrating pressure measurement, display and control. The front end of the product adopts a high-precision pressure sensor, and the output signal is amplified and processed by a high-precision low-temperature drift amplifier, sent to an A/D converter, and converted into a digital signal that can be processed by a microprocessor. The signal after arithmetic processing controls two switches. Measure and control the pressure of the control system. Used in hydropower, tap water, petroleum, chemical, machinery, hydraulic and other industries to measure, display and control the pressure of fluid media.

2. Features
2.1  4 digits display the current pressure value.
2.2   Pressure preset switch point output.
2.3   The switch value can be set arbitrarily between zero point and full scale.
2.4   The shell is equipped with nodal action light-emitting diodes for easy observation.
2.5   Key-press adjustment and on-site setting of various parameters, easy to operate.
2.6   Strengthened anti-interference design, suitable for various industrial environments with harsh electromagnetic fields.


3. Installation
Mechanical connection:
Through the pressure pipe interface (the standard interface is M20*1.5 external thread, other size interfaces can be specified when ordering), directly installed on the hydraulic pipeline. In critical applications (such as severe vibrations or shocks), pressure pipe joints can be mechanically decoupled by micro hoses.
