1. Carbon fiber conductive brushes are used for Low-e glass detection.
2.Section 02 cleaning section is made of stainless steel, and all bearing bases are made of stainless steel.
3. 02section end brush bearing is self-aligning bearing with long service lift and high precision.
4.The front 3brushes of section 02 are with 0.1mm diameter brush hair, and the back 3brushes are with 0.2mm diameter brush hair, which can easily wash low-e glass.
5.The three groups of brushes are controlled by three groups of circuits respectively. The problems of one group of brush circuits will not affect the other two groups of brush circuits.
6.The whole drying cabinet uses a sound insulation cotton with10mm thicknesse, which could reduce noise pollution effectively
7.Air knife with Germany Bystronic technology, the front air knives angle can be adjusted manually. Generally, the angle between air knife and glass surface is 40°.
8. High-speed air blower equipped with air heating device, can quickly dry the glass
9.To ensure the washing quality, the water conductivity should not exceed 40µs/cm.
10.The feet of the air blower are equipped with rubber feet pads to reduce the vibration when the high power motor running and stabilize the air blower position

1.Carbon fiber conductive brushes are used for coating detection of section 01, can automatically detect Low-e glass.

2.The overall material is 304 stainless steel, all bearing bases/seats are 304 stainless steel.

3.Total 3 pairs of brushes. The front three brushes are soft brushes with brush hair diameter 0.1mm, the back three brushes are with diameter 0.2 mm, which can easily wash Low-e glass.

4.3 sets of motors drive 3 pairs of brushes, connected by coupling. Compare with other supplier's belts connecting, coupling connection can avoid motor rotation without loading, and belts are wearing parts, need to be replaced frequently.

5. 3 motors are controlled separately by 3 groups of circuits,if one group has problem, it will not be influenced by each other.

6. Air knife: Hexagonal shape design, compared with the Cylindrical shape, much strong wind, dry glass fastn and better.

7. Air blower: big and strong, same with HJ machinery.

Feet with rubber pad, very little noise, no resonance, stable working.
 

8.Stainless steel and corrosion resistant materials be adopted for washing section and all water lines system, equipped with air heating device ensure to wash glass more clean in cold weather.
