Working Principle:
CH series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is by adjusting the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the moving cone can make the moving cone up and down movement so as to conveniently adjust the size of ore discharge and product particle size. It is driven by the motor crusher pinion, pinion drive big gear, big gear components (gear, gear frame, eccentric steel sleeve) drive eccentric sleeve components (eccentric cylinder sleeve, eccentric copper sleeve) and spindle components (spindle, inner cone, inner cone liner), with the theoretical vertical line as the center, revolution in the copper bushing, The spindle assembly can be rotated by the center line of the spindle in the eccentric copper sleeve.
