Instructions for use:
1, check the amount of oil: if the hydraulic cylinder piston is not fully retracted into the cylinder, it should first be connected to the hand pump through the tubing, and loosen the unloading valve on the pump body counterclockwise, so that the hydraulic oil in the jack is discharged back to the hand pump oil storage cylinder. Unscrew the oil filling valve, check the oil amount, if the oil is not satisfied, you can fill N46 wear-resistant hydraulic oil or 20 oil.
2, exhaust: After the hydraulic system is assembled, the oil storage cylinder, tubing and hydraulic cylinder are often mixed with air, in order to make the hydraulic system normal, these air must be discharged. The method is to place the manual pump slightly higher than the hydraulic cylinder, press the manual pump, so that the hydraulic cylinder piston is extended, and then open the unloading valve, so that the piston redraws, several times in a row. If necessary, the oil filling valve can be opened to remove the air in the oil storage cylinder.
3, detection of anchor: Connect the tubing with the jack, according to the above 1, 2 requirements for oil, exhaust and pressure gauge check. As shown in Figure 2, screw the pull rod (please indicate the specification when ordering or prepare it according to the actual test) to the end of the anchor rod. If the outside diameter of the inner thread of the pull rod is larger than the center hole of the cylinder, you can add a lengthening sleeve at the bottom of the cylinder, and then put on the hydraulic cylinder (so that the piston end is outward), then screw on the nut and tighten the load relief valve clockwise.
Press the handle of the oil pump, the force should be uniform, not too hard, when the reading on the pressure gauge meets the requirements, stop the pressure. Note that the hand pump must be placed horizontally to work. After the test is completed, loosen the discharge valve in the direction of the needle, so that the pressure gauge reading is zero, and then remove the components from the anchor rod
Matters needing attention
1. The hydraulic oil that should be used in this product is L-HM32# anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the best use environment is -20ºC~ 45ºC. It is strictly prohibited to use alcohol, glycerin, brake oil, ordinary engine oil as hydraulic oil.
2. The tool has a rated pressure of 60MPa and a maximum pressure of 80 MPa. In addition, in order to improve the service life of the pressure gauge, it is generally not more than 75% of the maximum pressure when used.
3. The tool of the oil pump and the joint part of the cylinder are subjected to high pressure, so it is necessary to protect the joint, do not damage and affect the seal and normal work; Do not use a wrench to wrench the clamping part of the upper joint of the hose to prevent the clamping part from loosening and causing the hose to leak oil and scrap.
4. The oil cylinder and pipeline of the tool should be cleaned frequently with clean kerosene to ensure the normal operation of the tool and extend its service life.
