Ceramic Dewatering Element
Ceramic dewatering elements are widely used in the forming section of paper machine, such as forming board, vacuum foil, vacuum suction box and cover, wet suction box and cover, etc. Its use greatly improves the speed of paper machine, the quality of paper and reduces the cost.
Forming Board
The special design structure of the forming board is that it can be installed near the breast roll or the breast roll scraper. It can move back and forth and adjust to the pulp spray point to achieve good paper forming and dehydration effect. The forming board is composed of box and panel. The box is made of stainless steel. The panel is made of alumina ceramic or polyethylene or PTFE. Customers can choose different panels according to different paper machines, different paper types and different machine speeds.
High Vacuum suction box
The structural design of the vacuum suction box is reasonable and is a sealed structure. It is pumped by vacuum pump to make the paper excessive from low-pressure dehydration to high-pressure rapid dehydration, so as to accelerate the paper drying and enhance the dehydration effect and paper forming. Both ends of the panel are equipped with adjusting blocks to adjust the suction width of the paper sheet. The adjusting block is also equipped with a lubrication device, which can reduce the friction coefficient and increase the service life of the net through clean water lubrication.

Felt Suction Box
