DIN 2391 is a steel pipe standard published by the German Organization for Standardization (DIN), which specifies the technical requirements and size range of cold-drawn seamless precision steel pipes. This standard applies to steel pipes that require high precision and high surface quality in the manufacture of mechanical parts, automotive parts and instrumentation.
DIN 2391 requires cold-drawn seamless precision steel pipes to have the following characteristics:
The dimensional accuracy of the height: the outer diameter, inner diameter and wall thickness of the pipe have strict tolerance requirements to ensure the accurate size of the pipe.
