Discriotion:

The carambola filter bag was named because of its resemblance to carambola. The anode bag is made of cotton cloth or chemical fiber fabric and is sheathed on the anode to prevent anode sludge from entering the solution bag. The anode is impure, or the anode contains improper phosphorus, and the anode bag is damaged, causing the anode film to escape. Clean the anode and titanium basket every half month to one month, and replace the damaged anode bag to ensure that the plating solution and the plating tank are free from pollution. The anode bag should be made of acid-resistant polyester cloth or polypropylene cloth. The density of the warp and weft of the anode bag, the thickness specification, and the size of the pores have different effects on blocking the convection and diffusion of anode particles, black film mud particles and copper ions. Although the double-layer anode bag can effectively block the anode mud from entering the bath solution, it is not conducive to the dissolution of the anode, and the bath voltage and liquid will increase, which affects the binding force of the phosphorus film.
