Canine Ehrlichia Ab Rapid Test Kit

1. Collect whole blood to separate serum or plasma (centrifuge at 2000-3000 rpm for 5-15 minutes, or leave the whole blood overnight at 4°C for natural precipitation), or use whole blood with anticoagulant for test. Whole blood without anticoagulants can also be used, but test must be done immediately.
2. Open the aluminum foil package and take out the test device. Place it on a flat and clean table.
3. Use dropper to take and drop 10 μl sample (marked black on the dropper) into the sample hole marked with "S" on the test device.
4. Then Add 3 drops (avoid overdose) of dilution buffer to the sample hole. Wine-red liquid can now be seen flowing through the observation window. If the liquid does not flow, you can lightly press the area between the "sample hole" and the "observation window" to help the liquid flow.
5. Leave the test device at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to interpret the result. The result will be invalid after 10 minutes.
