CCOS300:The CNC small grinding head polishing machine Å FiSy CCOS300 uses a CNC small grinding head to polish the surface of optical parts. CCOS is the abbreviation for Computer Controlled Optical Surface Forming (CCOS), commonly known as CNC small grinding head polishing. CCOS generally uses a polishing disc smaller than the workpiece, which only polishes a local area (sub aperture) of the optical mirror surface at each moment. Under the control of the CNC system, it moves on the optical mirror surface at a specific path and speed. By controlling the residence time in each area, the amount of material removed from the surface of the optical components is controlled to correct surface shape errors and improve surface shape accuracy.

It can process workpieces with a maximum size of ø 300mm and has the ability to process optical parts such as flat, spherical, and aspherical surfaces.
