Application

Features

1. CCD mark dot positioning cutting system, vision aided camera is used for accurate positioning of print materials.

2. Adopted famous RuiDa RDD6584V touch screen CCD cutting control system supports both USB and Ethernet connection, has a knife cutting controller with tool direction following control function. It integrates the processing of tools such as vibrating cutters, round cutters, milling cutters, and pressing wheels. It also integrates feeding, circular punching, and V-shaped special punching. Hole, pen processing, red light positioning and a series of functions.

3.  A variety of tool heads(oscillating knife, high-power round knife, punching knife, pneumatic knife, multi-layer knife, drag knife, half cutter, bevel cutter, milling cutter, etc. all can be installed), quick replacement to adapt to different materials. This machine with

1) The ultra-high frequency 200W oscillating knife, eliminates the irregularities of manual cutting, the limitation of the accuracy of the punching machine, and the scorching odor of the laser cutting machine. High efficiency and fast speed make leather and PU cutting become artistic enjoyment.

2) High power pneumatic knife: the air pressure control the upper and lower high-frequency vibration blade to cut off the material,  which is suitable for cutting of multi-layers, sponge, EVA , gasket and rubber & plastics products. 

3) Round knife: The motor drives the blade to rotate at high speed to cut the material, which is especially suitable for cutting and shaping woven materials, cloth, and thin copper sheets. Use different blades to achieve cutting of different materials. Processable materials: sheepskin, UV cloth, carbon fiber, glass fiber, banners, flag cloth, shading cloth and other textiles.
4) Creasing wheels,rolling over the material by a circular wheel creates an indentation effect on the material,and with wheels of different specifications, different indentation effects can be achieved. Advantage: can change the wheels fast.

5) Mark pen: The system drives the pen tool to move, which can mark, write text and draw graphics on the material. Markable Materials: Most Materials.
6) 3.5kw air cooling milling cutter: with high speed rotary tool,  makes the cutting edge of material be smoother, in addition to processing for hard materials,  can also process for foam material. Application: acrylic, wood, PVC foam sheet, PVC expansion sheet and other industries.

4. China HCFA 750W servo motor  driver for XYZ-axis and Panasonic Japan servo motor driver for DCBA axis, ensuring the processing speed & precision.

5. Whole cast aluminum vacuum table with adsorption felt, ensuring the machine stablity. And, equipped with 4 sets  3.0KW high pressure air cooling turbofan, high adsorption ability.

6.Imported PMI, Taiwan Linear square guide rail with ball bearing slide block which ensure high weight capacity,  high precision, smooth and steady running. Adopt WMH brand, Herion Helical gears pinion and rack transmission for X and Y axis, higher running speed and efficiency, and more durable.

7.With high-sensitivity anti-collision device, built-in automatic sensing, safe operation.

8.Supports multiple formats such as DXF, PLT, HPGl, etc., without cutting tools, saving manpower and material resources, and simplifying the work process.
