4. The new granite guide rail processing and inspection process jointly developed by the professional granite manufacturer is available, so that the machining precision of the granite guide rail is improved to a new grade;
5. The improved Z-axis anti-rotation air floatation with special design provides better anti-rotation ability for Z-axis, thus, reducing the rotation error of Z axis in the different height positions;
6. The special low-friction gravitational balance cylinder, custom-made by Germany FESTO Company, could improve the stability of Z axis when running;
7. Advanced non-linear spring system adopts imported accessories, which could greatly reduce any effect brought by minimal error from guide rail.
8. Full digital air source inspection device enhance the sensitivity to air source wave inspection, and minimize any effect from air source towards measuring accuracy.
9. The imported low-friction noise-free energy chain reduce the external force interference of the motion axis, and meanwhile, improving the flexibility and reliability of the motion axis.
CMM MEASRUEMENT SOFTWARE Visual DMIS measuring software is mainly applied to the geometrical dimension measurement of products in the field of aviation, aerospace, automobile, mold and others, as well as the evaluation of form & position tolerance and surface shape of parts, which is very applicable to the software modeling, simulation, verification and other applications in the field of CNC machining equipment.Being passed the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) algorithm certification, and adopted DMIS5.0 standard, Visual DMIS software launch three versions software to meet market needs, i.e. numerical control basic type, manual basic type, education version, as well as five special modules having measuring and evaluation function, i.e. CAD module, SPC module, gear module, worn module, pipe module and others, so as to further expand the function of the measuring machine.
The drawing and measuring result shall be effectively displayed to the customers on the intuitive and clear measuring interface in the measuring process.
The users can combine and select the required measuring form freely from complete probe and stylus icons.
Measuring result output report is easy to understand and is more convenient.
The motion state of the measuring machine can be displayed in real time in the measuring process, so as to reflect the actual motion of the probe. The users can adjust the size proportion of the visual angle easily by rotating the position with the mouse, so as to observe the real-time measuring process.

Gear ModuleVisual DMIS gear module is mainly used for measuring involute cylindrical gear, including the internal tooth, external tooth, straight tooth, helical tooth and their modified gear; when measuring gear with Visual DMIS software, it is no need to use rotary table.The gear parameter shall be output, so as to carry out the grade judgment on the measuring result according to the different standards (such as ISO, DIN, JIS, AGMA, GB and BS) automatically.
Worm ModuleTwo types of worms, i.e. involute cylindrical worm (ZI for short) and Archimedes cylindrical worm (ZA for short), can be evaluated. The output content of the result of the worm is abundant; and the tooth profile error (comprehensive error, tooth profile error and pressure angle error), lead error (comprehensive error, spiral shape error and helical angle error) and tooth pitch error (adjacent error of tooth pitch and accumulative error of tooth pitch) are provided.Blade ModuleBlade metrology module is mainly applicable for the measuring and analysis of aviation blade and turbine blade.It has the convenient and fast functions of coordinate system establishment and mathematic modeling aligament and can complete blade measuring in high efficiency.
