  1. Overview of machine tool
Main structure of machine tool
1. The grinding wheel spindle adopts cantilever structure and is convenient to replace the grinding wheel, and the bearing is a long five-piece dynamic sliding bearing with large bearing capacity and high stiffness.
2. The guide wheel spindle has a double supporting structure with good rigidity, the bearing is a rolling bearing, and the rotation accuracy is high.
3. The variable speed of guide wheel adopts AC frequency converter, which can realize stepless speed regulation.
4. The guide wheel grinding wheel dresser uses deceleration motor to drive ball screw transmission and stepless speed regulation.
5. The guide wheel frame feed skateboard adopts needle roller rigid guide rail, which has the advantages of sensitive movement, high feed precision and long service life.
6. The cooling system adopts large water tank, large water pump and magnetic separator, so that the cooling water can dissipate heat fully and be cleaner, which is beneficial to the improvement of grinding efficiency, precision and roughness.
