A skid steer concrete breaker, also known as a skid steer hydraulic breaker or hydraulic hammer attachment, is a specialized tool designed to be mounted on a skid steer loader for breaking and demolishing concrete and other hard materials. It is commonly used in construction, demolition, and renovation projects.

The skid steer concrete breaker operates using hydraulic power from the skid steer loader's hydraulic system. It is typically connected to the loader's auxiliary hydraulic lines using quick couplers. The hydraulic hoses transfer the hydraulic fluid and pressure between the skid steer and the breaker. The attachment consists of a housing, a striking tool (chisel or moil point), and a piston mechanism.

When activated, the hydraulic system of the skid steer loader delivers pressurized hydraulic fluid to the concrete breaker. The fluid enters the housing, creating pressure behind the piston. As the pressure builds up, the piston is driven forward, causing the striking tool to deliver powerful blows against the concrete or other hard materials. The repetitive impacts break down the material into smaller pieces.

Piston: Longer service life by optimized design and high quality special steel.

Back Head: Using 20CrMo material provided by domestic famous manufacturer, forging again and again to make internal organization more tight and increasing the hydraulic breaker abrasion resistance.

Chisel: The specially heat treated chisel is directly applied to break rocks. Four types for your choise: Moil, Blunt, Flat, Conical Point. The material is 42Crmo.

Main Body: Including Front head, cylinder and back head. Each part is in best performance.
