C10200 oxygen free copper with better properties
C10200 oxygen-free copper is a high-purity copper alloy containing nearly 100% copper, oxygen content lower than 10ppm. It has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, and is a very high-quality conductive material.
C10200 oxygen-free copper is widely used in electrical engineering fields, such as cables, wires, transformers, generators and motor windings, as well as electronic devices, semiconductor manufacturing and other fields. It is also commonly used in the manufacture of various electrical connectors, terminals, sockets, wiring boards, etc.
Characteristics:
1. Ductility: Oxygen-free copper has excellent ductility, allowing it to be easily shaped and formed into various intricate designs. This characteristic makes it highly adaptable to different manufacturing processes, including extrusion, casting, and forging.
2. High Melting Point: Oxygen-free copper has a relatively high melting point compared to other common metals, making it withstand high temperatures without losing its structural integrity. This makes it suitable for applications exposed to extreme heat, such as in electrical power distribution systems or high-temperature industrial processes.
3. Low Magnetic Susceptibility: Another notable characteristic of oxygen-free copper is its low magnetic susceptibility. This property makes it ideal for applications where electromagnetic interference (EMI) needs to be minimized, such as radio frequency shielding or in sensitive electronic devices.
C10200 copper:
