Brazing diamond grinding wheel has higher bonding strength. Due to the high bonding strength on the interface, only a very thin binder thickness is required to firmly hold the abrasive particles, the exposed height can reach 70% ~ 80%, making the use of abrasive more fully, and greatly improved the tool life and processing efficiency.  Compared with traditional technology, the maximum allowable edge-out value of diamond tools can be increased by more than 50%, and the diamond consumption of workpiece material per unit volume can be reduced by more than half under the condition that the power consumption of tools is not increased or decreased. It has great advantages over electroplating tools.
