Use safety
1, the mixer should be set in a flat position, with square wood cushion the front and rear axle, so that the tire is high, so as not to move around when starting.
2, the mixer should implement two level leakage protection, before work power on, must be carefully checked, through the empty car test deemed qualified, can be used. During the test run, it should be checked whether the speed of the mixing drum is suitable. Under normal circumstances, the empty car speed is slightly faster than the specific car (after loading) by 2 to 3 revolutions. If there is more difference, the ratio of the driving wheel and the driving wheel should be adjusted.
3, the rotation direction of the mixing drum should be in line with the direction indicated by the arrow, if not true, should be corrected motor wiring.
4. Check whether the transmission clutch and brake are flexible and reliable, whether the wire rope is damaged, whether the track pulley is good, and whether there is barrier-free and lubrication of various parts around it.
5. After starting up, often pay attention to whether the operation of the parts of the mixer is normal. When stopping, check whether the blade of the mixer is bent, and whether the screws are knocked or loosened.
6. When the concrete is finished mixing or is expected to stop for more than 1 hour, in addition to the remaining material, the stone and water should be poured into the shaking cylinder, the machine should be turned on, and the mortar stuck on the cylinder should be washed and discharged. There should be no water in the barrel to avoid rust of the barrel and blade. At the same time, the ash accumulation outside the mixing cylinder should be cleaned to keep the machine clean and intact.
7, after work and stop when not in use, should be switched off, and lock the switch box to ensure safety.
