Q1: Can I get sample to test before bulk order?
A1: Yes. We support product sample order that are paid by our customers before bulk order . And we will return your sample cost when your bulk orderconfirmed.
Q2: How about the shipment?
A2: For normal sample ,it takes 5~7 workingdays after receiving payment.
For sample with your logo/brand ,it takes 7~14 workingdays for printing after receiving payment.
For mass production ,it takes 5~8 weeks depends on your order details.
For small order,express will be best.
For bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time.
For urgent orders,we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
Q3: What should I do if I want to print my own logo?
A3: We support customer's OEM /ODM requirements .

If you want to print your logo ,please send PDF or AI file of your logo ,then our designer from factory will work out a 3D design artwork for you to comfirm ,then we start to prepare the actual sample once we get your approval .
