Established in 2006, Fuzhou Qiqi Paper Products Co Ltd is a professional manufacturer focusing on the paper packaging solutions such as corrugated cartons, printing boxes and molded pulp packaging, with its own 40,000 m2 workshop, including 13,000 m2 modern molded pulp producing area with with key certificates of FSC, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018 etc.

We got FSC Certificate. For years, Qiqi has been dedicated to the Research & Development of sustainable materials, such as biodegradable or recyclable materials.
In 2021, Qiqi invested and built its own molded pulp workshop, with antual capacity of 5,000 tons for the dry pressing producdts and 700 tons for the wet, equipped 5 sets of fully closed pulping system, 5,000meters hanging basket drying line, 750meters track baking room and 350meters moisture room.

We focus on the design, production and service integration of 100% biodegradable packaging in Fuzhou, Fujian, China with nearly 40,000 square meters workshop.

In terms of product line, we mainly provide paper box, molded pulp packaging, disposable pulp trays, molded industrial packaging. In terms of the packaging industry, our main products are involved in consumer electronics, auto parts, medical, cosmetics, etc.

4.Do you have any experiences in biodegradable packaging?
We are very professional in consumer electronics, cosmetics and food boxes. The biggest difference of us with other factories lies in that we can not only do the biodegradable inner tray, but also the outer boxes.
5.What raw materials are used for your biodegradable molded pulp packaging? And what colors are available in this packaging area?
Usually we use corrugated paperboard for natural yellow colors as we are a giant manufacturer and supplier of outer carton boxes locally, which can make sure we have enough resource for yellow pulp packaging orders, other options like white, black according to the product usage and customer's request. Colors for molded pulp packaging are usually white and brown. If customers need to match other colors, his order quantity should not be less than 200k. It is a rather complex process for us to clean the whole pulping system. Other colors can be matched after this step.
6.Can we use our own logo and design ?
Yes, you can. We'll put your logo on it. But for biodegradable packaging, your logo cannot be printed directly on the outer box. They will be printed on the sleeves or labels.
7. How long is the lead time of product?
Usually, sample lead time 10-12 days,Mass production lead time 20-30 days.
