Material required: Moisture 8%-12%, size3-5mm

If moisture>12% may need dryer,We have air flow dryer and drum dryer.

If material size >5mm will need hammer mill or wood crusher.

Raw Material
Besides the material size must less than 5mm, the humidity of the raw materials is controlled in 8-12%.
Too wet or too dry will cause a bad forming effect.
If the material too big, we will recommend you crusher according to your requirement.
If your material moisture over 12%, we have a sawdust drying machine. After crushing, the material was delivered to the drying machine, then it was sent to forming machine.
Final Product
The available shape: cylindrical, square, hexagonal, hollow quadrangular, pentagon, pentagon with edge, hexagon with edge.
The available diameter could be: 45mm, 50mm,60mm,70mm,80mm with 15-20 mm hole in it and so on.
