Although both copper and aluminum have good conductivity and thermal conductivity, they are the basic materials for power transmission and heat transfer engineering, but copper resources are increasingly scarce, so replacing copper with aluminum has become an inevitable trend.

Compared with copper, aluminum has poor weldability and high surface contact resistance, so it is difficult for many parts to replace copper with aluminum directly.

Aluminum-copper composite prepared by directly compounding a layer of copper on the surface of aluminum can improve the contact resistance of aluminum surface, improve the welding performance of aluminum and the corrosion resistance of copper-aluminum contact.
