Q1: How do the granules stay bonded to the steel?
Specially graded 'non-oiled' natural granite stone chips, produced by CL Rock company are used for all Sangobuild stone coated roof tiles. The granules are embedded in a UV resistant acrylic polymer for a lasting bond to the steel substrate.
Q2: What are your terms of payment?
A: 30% T/T as the upfront deposit, 70% before delivery. We will show you the photos of products and package before you pay the balance.
Q3: what are the terms of delivery?
A: FOB, CIF.
Q4: What are the terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in bundles or coils with rods or belts, we could also pack the goods as the customers' requirements.
Q5: What is your delivery time?
A: For stocks, we could transport the goods to loading port within 7 days after we received your deposit. The production period, usually takes about 15 days-30 days after receiving the deposit.
Q6: Could you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we could customer-made by your samples or technical drawings, we could build the mold and fixtures.
Q7: Could you provide the compliment samples?
