Beer Bottle Washing Filling Capping Unit Machine

Beer bottling monoblock machine combines the bottle washing, filling and capping on one machine.
Beer tank liquid level control probe, regulate the beer level sleeplessly. Steady liquid level confirms steady filling.
Lift the filling nozzle by cylinder instead of traditional spring. Filling nozzle press against the bottle mouth completely. Protect the bottles.
Twice pre-evacuation. Keeps the original beer flavor, good taste.
Washing: The lifting device adjusts according to the bottle height; Little water consumption collects water for reuse.

Filling: 1. Pre-evacuation before beer filling.
2. Air-discharge button after beer filling finished.
3. When there is no bottle in the filling valve, the button will not order the pre-evacuation button to evacuation. That is, this button control the process of "no bottle, no evacuation work" to keep the high evacuation rate when there is bottles in the filling valve.
4. Beer distributor: When the beer is filled into the bottle, beer will pass this distributor so that beer flows from the bottle inside wall to reduce foam.
5. Side opening hole of air pipe. This is the most important for the beer filling, which is specially designed for the beer filling. This design can prevent from over-quick of CO2 inlet and beer filling so that there is the best CO2 flush and liquid level. This hole in beverage filling is all opened under the pipe.

Capping: Suitable for crown cap.
Beer tank: Adopted the special device to keep well the stability of liquid level and CO2 pressure. In addition, in the small factory the open and close valves of this machine are mechanical control. But, our open and close valve are all controlled by cylinder(AIRTAC), which keep the work stable and make the machine work long life. Meanwhile, our machine has the high-pressure foaming device. You know, before capping, the filled bottle will run a distance opening the mouth. Once the bottle is finished fill, this foaming device will arouse the foam in the top of the beer in the bottle by the aseptic water to keep from germs into beer.
