Automatic Fire Extinguishing System for Filling Stations
During a fire caused by flammable liquids ,superior foam agent is the best choice to cover and suffocate the fire effectively.When petrol and chemicals catch fires,water is of limited value to suppress the fires for its dense nature and even causes the fire spread further.While for foam agent,it creates a thick, aqueous foam that cools, smothers flames and prevents the fires re-igniting.The foam play the role as a barrier between the solid's/liquid's surface and the flames.
Compressed Air Foam Mist Fire Systems are automatic fire suppression systems based on Foam. When a fire breaks out, the smoke detector and heat detector detect the heat rise and send the signal to control panel.The control panel triggers Fire Alarm and activates the solenoid valve to release foam agent through a network of pipes and nozzles.The specialized foam penetrates the deep of flames and sticks to the surfaces to smothering them.
The systems provide a great protection to the industrial facilities with fire hazards ,such as Fuel Tank, Petrol / Gas Station, Industry Site,Test Cells,Chemical Tank etc.
