Kafan Conveyor Belt Automatic Sandblasting Equipment is an automatic through-feed machine, achieves high processing efficiency with less labor, reduce cost in long term production, specially suitable for aluminium parts of flat components, like i beam steel, aluminium section, mobile shells, computer motherboard, steel plate, etc.
This machine's feed rates depend on the total surface area to be blasted and the number and type of blast guns. PLC control and electronic sensor technology enables blast guns to be automatically turned off when no components are present, eliminating waste of energy and unnecessary wear-and-tear on the machine.

1. The conveyor transportation speed is controlled by frequency, allows you to adjust an optimal value when blasting different parts.

3, For the blast guns, the blasting distance, the swinging speed and swinging angle all can be adjusted to fit various objects.
4. Designed with dust collector and cyclone separator to collect dust generated during blasting, ensures a clear working environment for viewing.
5. Used sandblasting abrasives can be recycled in a bottom funnel for constant utilization, reduce cost.
Working Process of Conveyor Belt Automated Sandblasting Equipment
- In our automatic conveyor belt sandblasting machine, components are continuously presented to an array of pre-positioned guns as the parts are conveyed in and out of the blast chamber on an adjustable-speed belt.
- Up to 12 suction-blast guns are bracketed in fixed position, rotated on a turret or oscillated to cover more surface area, or they can sweep parts in linear motion synchronized with indexed movement of the belt.
- Our 3-chambered cabinet isolates blasting for cleaner, quieter operation and has an air wash blow-off zone. Automatic sandblasting machine.
- The blasted surface of the product is clean, has no sticky debris after automatic sandblasting. In particular, automatic sandblasting avoids the uneven blasting effect, chromatic aberration, it enhance the quality of the batch.
This automatic conveyor belt sandblasting equipment is specially suitable for continuous finishing or large production of flat parts, such as mobile phone shell, glass plate, steel plate, stone materials, non-stick pan, etc.
