MACHINE FRAME:
Hydraulic Decoiler Main Frame: It is made of section steel,A3 steel plate,45# steel forged bearing seat after assembly welding,and is qualitatively annealed without deformation; two bearing seats are made by boring at one time to ensure the concentricity of the spindle installation and no diameter to jump.
Coil reel:
Hydraulic decoiler expansion and shrinkage reel: adopts slider type push-pull expansion reel form;four arc-shaped plates,wires-cut slider pair,expansion and contraction diameter 470-530mm; effective working length 1300mm,integral mandrel ensures that the reel is concentric when expanding and shrinking Degree, hard chromium plating on the surface of the reel.
Loading Car:
Hydraulic decoiler load car it be rise and fall,forward and backward,and change the inner diameter,outer diameter and load capacity of the automatic feeding material rack.
