Automated Beer Keg Cleaning and Filling System
The equipment is an integrated cleaning and filling machine for moving table, which can realize the function of cleaning beer keg with wine and filling. Through the PLC program to control the sequence of related mechanical and electrical components, complete the cleaning, filling and CIP actions, to achieve the beer barrel cleaning, filling beer and cleaning and emptying the filling pipeline functions.
Pneumatic Angle valve combination to ensure safe work. All frames, workstations, lines and valves are stainless steel, and all lines and pneumatic systems are closed loop. After strict design and production process control, the equipment reflects the exquisite appearance and has a stable working performance.

The device can set and adjust the filling capacity through the touch screen, and can carry on the error adjustment, and can display the number of barrels and liters in real time.

Supporting a separate cleaning function, only cleaning not filling, can be used as a pre-washing machine.
The equipment can also be equipped with outside the barrel brushing, automatic weight detection, turn over the barrel system, for users to choose.

The mechanical transmission mechanism adopts the mechanical crank linkage mode, which makes the equipment run smoothly, reliably and accurately, and avoids the occurrence of the failure rate.
