The Shean (Cangzhou) Corp., Ltd. machine is designed for filling various beverages such as milk, juice, and soymilk. It offers automatic form feed-sterilize-filling-shaping-sealing functionality.
With a user-friendly Human-Machine Interface displayed in both English and Chinese, the machine ensures intuitive operation and a low fault rate.
It automatically completes all necessary steps, including scroll movement, batch number addition, plastic tape application, chemical and physical sterilization, cylinder rolling, material filling, sealing-off, molding, cutting, and forming a horn-shaped product.
Unlike traditional roundness systems, our machine utilizes a patented rectangular forming method, guaranteeing stable operation, reliable functionality, and a perfect exterior appearance of the product.
The packaging material is exposed to unheated *** for 1-2 seconds. The *** is then dried on the packaging using ultraviolet light. Finally, the product enters the sterile warehouse for vertical sealing.
Please note that this equipment does not have a sterile air chamber. It is only suitable for acidic juices, water, red wine, and other acidic beverages.
Due to the inhibiting function of acid on bacteria growth, this machine is not suitable for milk, fresh juice, soy milk, coconut milk, and other liquids with high protein and sugar content.
