Anti Rust Fast Drying Rubberized Car Undercoating Spray Paint

Product Description:

This product offers lasting and flexible protection from stone chipping and corrosion. It's  based on a combination of rubber and resin with a roar-preventing effect. Clean and easy use inside and outside. It also has good performance on sound insulating and noise reducing, widely applied in the auto manufacturing and car care industries. Also deadens droning noises from the engine bay, door shells, luggage compartments and other hollow sections.

Directions:

1.Clean the base area thoroughly, which should be clean dry and free of dust, oil, grease and wax, etc;

2. Cover the other parts tightly;

3. Spend two minutes to shake the can evenly, open the lid, remover the seal and insert the special designed spray gun onto the mouth, collect the 0.6-0.8MPa compressed air, finally spray onto the surface at a distance of 25cm;

4. To avoid the flow line or sagging, three times spraying are needed. After the first time spray, flatten and fill the cracks and caves with metal seal-glue. Every interval should be not less than 15 minutes, best noise deaden effect need more than 1.5mm thickness.

5. Before drying, petrol is allowed to clean.

Precautions: 

1. Inflammable, spray in a ventilated area, keep far from heat and fire.

2. Work under personal protection with glasses, mast and gloves. If uncomfortable when touch the product, please go to a doctor.
