SC-60701 is a new block silicone emulsion finishing agent. It can effectively prevent the fading of cotton, indigo jeans and other fabrics under the conditions of ozone, nitrogen oxides and ultraviolet rays.

[Features and advantages]    

1. It can effectively reduce the discoloration and yellowing caused by O3 and NOx.            

2. The ozone resistance and smoke fastness of the finished fabric was improved effectively.           

3. It has little effect on whiteness, shade and color fastness.            

4. It has good alkali resistance, electrolyte resistance and mechanical stability.           

5. This product is an environmental protection product and meets the standard of otex-100.  

[Usage]      

1. Recommended process: Padding method, heat setting 150 ºC ~ 180 ºC, 50 seconds ~ 60 seconds.            

The reference dosage is 50g / L ~ 100g / L.            

2. It can be used with other finishing agents to obtain special handle style. Please do compatibility test before use.            

[Precautions]     

1. Please mix well before use;            

2. Please do not expose it in the air for a long time, and cover it in time after use;            

3. After the best deadline does not mean that the product is no longer applicable. Performance testing should be carried out before use to ensure that the product is no longer applicable.

[Packaging and storage]            

50kg / drum or 120kg / drum plastic drum (lined with plastic bags);            

It should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent exposure to the sun. The storage period is half a year.
