Indications:

Albendazole is a synthetic anthelmintic, which belongs to the group of benzimidazole-
derivatives with activity against a broad range of worms and at a higher dosage level also
against adult stages of liver fluke.

Ivermectin has a good repellent effect on parasites inside and outside the body, mainly
nematodes and arthropods. The mechanism of its deworming action is to promote the release
of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) from presynaptic neurons, thereby opening the GABA-mediated
chloride channel. Ivermectin also has selectivity and high affinity for glutamate-mediated
chloride channels located near GABA-mediated sites in invertebrate nerve and muscle cells,
thereby interfering with neuromuscular signal transmission and relaxing the worm body
Paralysis, causing the worm to die or be excreted. Nematode inhibitory interneurons and
excitatory motor neurons are the site of action, while the site of action of arthropods is
the neuromuscular junction.

Contra-indications:

Do not administer animals known hypersensitivity to the active ingredient.

The product is not for intravenous or intramuscular use.
