Zhuhai Starwin Pipe Co., Ltd. is one of the most advanced pipe manufacturers in China, specializing in the production, development and supply of highest quality plastic pipe systems. We produce composite pipes, PPR pipes, PEX pipes, PE pipes, corrugated pipes and the related pipe fittings, pressure fittings and screw fittings for various applications.
We own the advanced specific butt-welded pipe manufacturing equipment of composite pipes, which was improved by ourselves and successfully applied for the national patent. Awarded "Science and Technology Manufacturing Enterprise", we have obtained ISO9001 quality system certificate, AENOR, WATERMARK, EME, CE certificate, and become one of the four enterprises firstly authorized in Zhuhai by China National Developing Bank.
We have staff with rich experience of plastic pipe research, manufacture and management. The R&D department consists of experienced engineers and skilled technicians.
Since establishment, we persist on the combination of product quality, technical innovating and service, and dedicate to improving purchasing, storage, manufacturing and sales management. We carry out the manufacture criteria both at home and abroad. The testing equipment is periodically calibrated as required by the ISO9001 standards.
Starwin′s laboratory is equipped with advanced equipment necessary to carry out all tests required to maintain the standards. These fittings have been tested and approved, ensuring 100% reliability. Quality control tests are carried out in all stages of the production process, from the raw materials and the fittings, through the production to the final tests of the finished products before packing and delivery.
