PET Release film is a kind of hot stamping printing negative in the thermal transfer release film products. It belongs to the cold tearing matte product and is used in water-based white ink;
In the aspect of direct injection printing, the product is mainly made of high temperature resistant polyester film (BOPET film), which has been precisely coated for many times.
Main characteristics
1. The release film has uniform coating, good product stability, multi-channel precision coating, excellent color reduction and recoating performance;
2. The release film after 130 ~ 160 degrees of heating and ironing, easy cold tearing peel, do not take off the bottom, high yield;
3. This product has passed the SGS environmental protection certificate.
Application Manual:
1. Apply to printing: offset printing, screen printing, gravure, flexo hot peeling heat transfer products.
2. Applicable heat transfer materials: cotton, chemical fiber, cotton blended fabric, EVA, non-woven fabrics, leather and other heat resistant fabric
3.Peeling method:cool/hot peeling
4. Applicableheat transfer material: water (301, 305 series heat transfer). Oily (JB W series heat transfer ink, HMA, 529, 530, 531 series heat transfer glue). Weak sublimation offset printing ink, etc.
5. Applicable heat transfer sticker level:A,B,C,D,E,F(According to the Kenteer company standard)
Products using the matters needing attention:
1. before transfer,keep printing substrates clean and tidy;
2. At printing and production, avoid contact with sharp objects, in order to avoid scratches, impact effect
3. At printing and production, avoid contact with hot objects
4. Offset printing,pay attention to the light to take and light put, prevent scratch color printing design;
5. Putting it together should not exceed 20 after printing offset printing products, prevent print the stick.And enter pump suction wet wet room 12 h about 40 ºC,after the offset printing ink drying,then screen printing.
6. This product is applicable to water, oily silk screen printing ink
7.After Silk screen printing baking temperature between 50 ºC to 65 ºC advisable, to prevent high temperature lead to slight deformation generates set of bit of film not accurate
8.Before transfer the image,cut out the other parts of the blank and with 2 mm border.
9.Transfer temperature:130ºC-150ºC,Trnsfer time:6-15s Press:20-30 pounds
10. Machine time out, lift or move the machine heating panel, please be sure to tear up the film above immediately.
