At the same time, these special formulations can effectively promote the reaction of the biological enzymes and the fixed substrates of the target bacteria. The incidence of false negative is lower than that of the traditional method. Colitech enzyme substrate test reagent is suitable forGB/T5750.12-2006"drinking water standard detection method"medium. The combined use of Colitech enzyme substrate reagent and 51 or 97 detection plates can be used to detect target bacteria in 100 ml water samples, the detection range of 51 detection plates is 0~200MPN,and the detection range of 97determination disk is 0~ 2419MPN,without dilution.
