- Material:
- Non-condensing Chimney: The inner pipe material is made of welded aluminum, while the outer pipe material is either galvanized steel sprayed or welded aluminum sprayed.
- Condensing Chimney: The inner pipe material is made of PP plastic, while the outer pipe material is either galvanized steel sprayed or welded aluminum sprayed.
Installation Recommendations:
For optimal performance, we recommend the following installation guidelines:
- Tilt the Chimney Down 5 Degrees: This prevents rainwater from flowing back into the gas boiler along the smoke pipe during rainy weather.
- Slight Downward Angle for Condensation: The exhaust chimney should be slightly downward to facilitate the elimination of condensation caused by cold temperatures.
- Total Length Limit: The total length of the chimney pipe and extension pipe should not exceed 3 meters. Excessive length can lead to backflow, affecting the boiler's performance.
Choose us for reliable and efficient chimney solutions for your gas boiler. Trust our expertise and advanced manufacturing techniques to enhance your ventilation system.
