The composition of this fabric is 70% wool, 30% polyester, weight is 610 g,2 layers of fabric composite, classic dark color plaid, very suitable for autumn and winter, or other clothing, has a good thermal effect.

Composite fabric uses the high technology and new materials of "new synthetic fiber", with many excellent properties (compared with ordinary synthetic fiber), such as the fabric performance of fine clean, delicate, elegant, warm, the appearance of the fabric plump, windproof, breathable, with a certain waterproof function, its main characteristics are warm, good air permeability. Another characteristic of the fabric is: good wear resistance, microfiber fabric feel soft, breathable, moisture permeability, so in terms of tactile and physiological comfort, has obvious advantages, microfiber fabric wrinkle resistance is poor (this is because the fiber is soft, poor elasticity recovery after crease); In order to overcome this shortcoming, the "composite" technology is adopted, which greatly improves the poor wrinkle resistance of microfiber fabrics.

We mainly produce each kind of fabric for garment, home textiles , and out-door facility ,including 100% polyester fabric, 100% nylon fabric and interwoven fabric (nylon cotton fabric, cotton nylon fabric, polyester cotton fabric, nylon polyester fabric and polyester nylon cotton fabric). Each fabric can be treated with different finish.

As for production, we have a whole detailed process: quality approval - lab-dip approval -greige fabric production - greige fabric inspection - dyeing, printing & other finishing - packing - product delivery. The whole production process is followed up by skilled workers to ensure product quality.
