System introduction:

Overhead Fault Indicator Remote Real-time On-line Monitoring System is suitable for overhead transmission lines. Fault Indicator is used to monitor the change of cable current in real-time to judge permanent faults, temporary faults and transient faults on the lines. The data information of fault status, real-time current (fault current), battery voltage, cable temperature and voltage to earth electric field are sent to remote server through wireless communication terminal, which provides reliable data for rapid diagnosis and location of various types of faults on overhead lines. Hand held PDA can flexibly configure fault indicators and wireless communication terminals and set parameters during the operation to meet the monitoring needs of various overhead lines.
