Equipment components
QZB-700S automatic six-sided vacuum shaping and packaging unit is composed of a bag feeding and feeding machine, an automatic packaging scale, a feeding component, a vacuum shaping component, and a bag taking and reversing mechanism.
1.Bag feeding machine
Manual bag placement, automatic bag supply, automatic bag delivery, and one-key automatic switching of different packaging products without manual adjustment. After manually putting the packaging bag into the bag warehouse, the equipment automatically sends the packaging bag to the bag taking station, and then the bag taking module grabs the packaging bag and sends it to the plastic bag removal station. The bag opening component opens the bag mouth and sends it into the Feeding mechanism.
2.Automatic packing scale
The latest and most advanced weighing calculation method adopts a three-sensor structure, and the weighing cylinder has a balanced layout and reasonable force, which improves the service life of the equipment, and is not disturbed by the vibration of the workshop machine, and has high stability and anti-interference ability.
3.Unloading components
The feeding assembly is composed of two sets of storage barrel mechanisms. The bag feeding mechanism puts the packaging bag into the material guide barrel and clamps it fixedly. After the material is put into the storage barrel after receiving the signal, it is guided into the fixed mold according to the equipment signal.
4.Vacuum shaping components
After the material guide cylinder puts the packaging bag and materials into the mould, the vacuum assembly moves below the discharge assembly, and the vacuum assembly moves down to the sealing chamber for vacuuming and sealing.
5.Take-out and rewind mechanism
The vacuum component puts the bag into the bag taking position after the vacuum heat sealing is completed, and the bag taking mechanism takes the bag out of the vacuum shaping mechanism and sends it to the station of the bag turning mechanism, and the whole process is automatically completed.
