Product Description

Fully automatic vial filling and capping machine

This machine is widely used in the processes of automatic unpacking, automatic filling, automatic stoppering, and automatic capping of liquid vials in the food, chemical, pesticide, and cosmetics industries. The conveyor belt is used to feed the bottles, the star disk is accurately positioned, and the single-knife multi-head capping is suitable for bottles of different height specifications. The mechanism is compact, fully functional, easy to adjust, stable in operation and cost-effective.
Product advantages:
1. Japanese Panasonic PLC control system, human-machine interface touch screen operation is simple and fast, stable performance and high reliability.
2. Using Panasonic photoelectric sensor detection, no filling if there is no bottle, no filling if there is a leaking bottle, and no stopper if there is no bottle.
3. Filling uses a high-precision peristaltic pump, the filling needle is anti-drip, and the pump head can be individually controlled and adjusted. The over-buffering turntable is equipped with an anti-falling bottle device. When horizontal bottles enter the bottle inlet, they can be automatically rejected and operate normally.
4. Star disk positioning for incoming and outgoing bottles, stable and fast, single-knife multi-head capping, independent adjustment of capping heads, easy to use.
5. The vibrating plate is used to automatically sort out stoppers and caps, which is stable in operation, economical and durable; frequency conversion speed regulation, bottle feeding and conveying, filling and corking, buffering turntable, vibration plate, and capping part are controlled by independent speed regulation.
6. The whole machine is mainly made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, and the material contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel, which is beautiful and easy to clean and maintain.
