Clamping Force 35-200T Bakelite Vertical Injection Molding Machine
1.Vertical clamping & injection.
2.Bakelite granule's rotary-screw barrel is made of high quality alloy steel, which use nitriding treatment to promote heat resistance, abrasion performance and corrosion resistance.
3.Rotary-screw barrel has powerful plasticizing capacity, good quality in mixing & melt bakelite granules, accurate measurement feeding and low loss in injection pressure .4.Barrel control by two stages of hydraulic oil , ensure melting. No period of adjustment back pressure, ensure injection pressure & speed. Upper and lower moulds temperature can be controlled independently(Mold temperature controller).
5.Low-voltage safety lock system closing moulds, high safety.
Low pressure and slow ensure closing device to protect mould safety..
6.Computer program controlling system: Centralized Control of time, temperature, pressure, precise machine and low failure rate.
7.Various hydraulic oil system (Semi-Closed Loop, Servo motor or high-speed injection) designs can meet customer requirements.
