The automatic solar module production line owns the leading automation configuration in China, the number of in-line staff of the whole line is around 25, the efficiency can be improved greatly. The line is mainly equipped with automatic solar cell stringer, automatic laying machine, automatic laminator, EL tester, automatic gluing and framing all-in-one machine, automatic curing, automatic sorting and unlodading etc.

The whole line adopts PLC control and can control each working procedure separately. The line is able to make a decision and distribute products automatically if stacking happens in any process to make sure the production line's fluency.
