Q1: What 's your main market? 
A: We mainly export to North America, South America, Europe, Middle East and Australia.  


Q2: Does your company offer OEM service?
A: Yes, our company offers OEM services. We have an experienced team of engineers that can proceed based on customer samples, drawings, specification, or design concepts. Our company is equiped with state-of-the-art metal processing equipment and surface treament lines, we ensure excellent product quality throughout the OEM process.


Q3: Does your company have ODM products? 
A: Yes, we also offer ODM products. We have a dedicated team of designers and engineers who can develop and design products based on customer requirements and market trends. Our ODM services allow us to provide unique and customized solutions to meet the specific needs of our customers. With our expertise and resources, we can collaborate with clients to bring their ideas to life and create innovative products that stand out in the market.


Q4: Can your company export directly? 
A: Since 2008, we have been exporting our products worldwide, with approximately 80%-90% of our production are exported to overseas markets. To ensure a seamless process from start to finish, we collaborate with experienced logistic companies, enabling us to provide a comprehensive One-Stop service. This includes design, sample production, sample approval, order processing, manufacturing, testing, quality control, and finally, shipping out the products.


Q5: What is the Lead Time? 
A:  For new orders, after the confirmation of drawings, the lead time is usually around 30-60 days. This is due to the need for adequate time to source certain out-sourced components and also to confirm packaging requirements. For repeat orders, the lead time can typically be reduced to around 1 month. However, for urgent orders, we can prioritize to expedite production and deliver to meet the required timeline. 


Q6: Can your company provide samples? 
A:  Yes, per customer's requirements, we can make new samples, or send the selected models from current products line. 


Q7: Does your company have a lab for test?
A:  Yes, our company has a laboratory (authorized by Intertek) in-house for ETL, CE testing.
