HYBSUN SCH series solar submersible pump which get the power from the sun, you will never have an electric bill,SCH series solar submersible pump can not only be used for household drinking water, but for animal husbandry and irrigation. Which is multistage centrifugal pump operating in a vertical position. Liquids, accelerated by the impeller, lose their kinetic energy in the diffuser where a conversion of kinetic to pressure energy takes place. This is the main operational mechanism of radial and mixed flow pumps. The pump shaft is connected to the gas separator or the protector by a mechanical coupling at the bottom of the pump. Fluids enter the pump through an intake screen and are lifted by the pump stages. Other parts include the radial bearings (bushings) distributed along the length of the shaft providing radial support to the pump shaft. An optional thrust bearing takes up part of the axial forces arising in the pump but most of those forces are absorbed by the protector's thrust bearing.

HYBSUN BLDC motor which consists of stator,rotor and oil cylinder For the stator which consists of silicon steel sheet & high temperature copper wire. Whose the max temperature is 180 degrees.All winding automatically by machine,which can produce about 2000 pieces per day. For the rotor which includes 3 pieces NSK bearing,SS 304 shaft and 40SH magnet. Whose the max temperature is 150 degrees. For the oil cylinder,we made our own design to make it better to avoid leaking water problem.
What are the advantages of HYBSUN solar pump controller?
MPPT function
Maximum Power Point Tracking is electronic tracking - usually digital. The charge controller looks at the output of the panels and compares it to the battery voltage. It then figures out what is the best power that the panel can put out to charge the battery. It takes this and converts it to best voltage to get maximum AMPS into the battery. (Remember, it is Amps into the battery that counts). Most modern MPPT's are around 93-97% efficient in the conversion. You typically get a 20 to 45% power gain in winter and 10-15% in summer. Actual gain can vary widely depending weather, temperature, battery state of charge, and other factors.

What are the advantages of HYBSUN impeller?
HYBSUN use SS304 impeller which is corrosion resistant due to the addition of chromium (minimum 10.5%) to the alloy. The chromium reacts with oxygen forming a chromium oxide barrier, shielding the iron from environmental oxygen and water. Nickel is also usually present in alloys of stainless steel to improve ductility.
