CamZone. Co has developed a new coating technology, which applies a metallurgical melting bond to the inner surface of Laying Head Pipe, thus increases heat resistance, anti-corrosion, and life time up to 30, 000 tons for laying head of wire rod mill.

4. Small diameter 4G Laying head pipe
A)We keep the OD (outside diameter) the same as before, but decrease the ID (inner diameter) to 20mm, WT (wall thickness) increased.
B)Customers can get 2 benefits
Better coil shape, because the shaking of Wire Rod inside the Laying Head Pipe will be limited by < Small Inner diameter>
20%-30% Longer Pipe's life: Because of bigger wall thickness of the Pipe.
C)Suitable for Wire Rod of Diameter 5-12 mm.
